Position Overview:

We’re looking for friendly, professional Licensed Estheticians (Basic or Master) to join our growing team at Mom’s Oasis. You’ll provide high-quality facials and skincare services in a calm, elevated spa environment designed specifically for moms.

Hybrid Hourly + Commission Pay

Estimated $19.50–$30+/hour depending on experience, tenure, and booking volume

Responsibilities:

1. Perform professional facials and skincare services based on licensure and training
2. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with Utah State Board regulations
3. Create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every guest
4. Educate clients on skincare options, upgrades, and aftercare
5. Support daily salon operations (light cleaning, restocking, client check-ins, etc.)
6. Assist with other spa or salon services as trained, when needed (including pedicures)
7. Participate in team meetings, trainings, or promotional events

Requirements:

1. Active Utah Esthetician License (Master or Basic)
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. Reliable, professional, and passionate about skincare and wellness
4. No prior experience required — new graduates welcome!
5. Active, in-good-standing Utah Esthetician License (Basic or Master)
6. Legally authorized to work in the United States
7. Strong commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and exceptional client care
8. Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive team player
9. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays
10. Interest in long-term growth and building with a growing brand

Compensation & Growth:

1. Hourly + Commission-based hybrid pay averaging $19.50–$30+/hour depending on experience and tenure
2. $5/hour base pay
3. 0 years experience = 22% commission (~$19.50/hour average)
4. Annual loyalty & experience raises (+2% each per year)
5. Fully booked estheticians average $30+/hour

Position Overview:

We’re looking for kind, dependable, and attentive Childcare Workers to join our team! You’ll be responsible for supervising children while their parents enjoy salon services. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids and wants to be part of a warm, family-focused environment.

$12–$14/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and engage children in play and simple activities
2. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environment
3. Communicate with parents during drop-off and pick-up in a friendly, professional manner
4. Ensure proper sign-in/out and maintain accurate attendance records
5. Follow all safety, cleanliness, and child-protection protocols established by Mom’s Oasis
6. Report any incidents or concerns promptly to management

Requirements:

1. CPR and First Aid Certification (required or willing to obtain before start date)
2. Must pass a background check and child safety clearance
3. Prior experience working with children (e.g., daycare, preschool, babysitting, church nursery) preferred
4. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to multitask calmly in a lively setting
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Certifications (not required):

1. Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
2. Early Childhood Education coursework or certification
